what is the fastest way to get to zhouzhuang from shanghaihow early?

What times do the return back. How much and how long does it take?  Is there a tourist map so i can walk to the sights?  How far is the main sights in Zhouzhuang from arrival station?  I am an independent traveler and do not want to take a tour. Thank you. Darla

You can get to Zhouzhuang by bus. Duration is about 1.5 hours and ticket fare is about CNY30. The earliest departure from SH General Long-distance Bus Station is at about 07:00. The returns are scheduled at 09:15, 11:20, 13:20, 14:20, and 16:30. I do not have a map in hand. But you can easily find one upon arrival. The arrival station is only about 0.6 miles away from the scenic area. You can walk there or take a city bus (duration is about 5 minutes and ticket fare is CNY1). Have fun~
