i understand i can visit shenzhen, but can i get voa for dongguan?

Hi, I am a Dutch citizen. living in Sydney.  Arrive in HK Monday evening and need to go to Shenzhen & Dongguan on Tue/ Wed for urgent business meetings.  Less than 48 hrs. My previous 6-month China Visa expired 1st May.  I am flying back from HK to Sydney

Oscar, you can get five-day special VOA for Shenzhen. If you plan to visit Dongguan, you should apply for one before you go. Currently, the authorities require that those who apply in HK should provide their HK Status. So I am not sure if you can apply successfully in person. But you can try to ask the agent to help you apply. You can make a call at (852) 2315 7171 for consultation.
