About:Marriage Registration in China

I already married Chinese girl in my country and want to register our marriage in PRC.

I already married Chinese girl in my country 3 year ago. We had married certificate but didn't register in china. We working together in UAE country. Now my wife is getting pregnant. what document need to register in PRC What process and how long? If short time we will go back as short leave and register for married certificate. Can be ?

KO, I am afraid that it will be difficult for you both to register your marriage in PRC now. You know, single certificate is required for registering your marriage in PRC. However, you can not provide this anymore because you are married.

My suggestion is that your wife asks her parents or siblings to consult with local civil affairs bureau and see if there is a chance that yon can do it. If local civil affairs bureau has no idea, then I am afraid that they should consult with provincial or municipal civil affairs bureau.

Thank you for you advice . But my wife parent is living in village and no educate . I think they can not handle this case . Can we hire lawyer to solve out it ?
