About:Visa Policy of China

Can malaysian passport (arriving HK to Shenzhen) apply for VOA in the Shenzhen Bay Port?

Germaine, usually those who have been to China before can get the special VOA easily. If you haven't, I can't guarantee that you will get one successfully. But you can try to apply.
