About:China Consulate in Houston

I live in Florida but would like to submit my application to the Chinese Embassy in Los Angeles.

I am a flight attendant and will staying with a friend and flying out of Los Angeles for a period of time. Can I take care of the application process at the Chinese consulate in Los Angeles while I am there?

Nancy, you can't. You should submit your application to Chinese consulate in Houston.
