can i change tourist to work permit?

Hi I am Indian If I go on tourist type to Macau and if I get a job then possible change it to work permit and there is no need to go out of country?

Govinder, you can find a job and ask your employer to apply for blue card for you. Once you get this card, you can stay longer and work there. Before you get it, I think you need to extend your stay or exit Macau to activiate another free stay period.
