Sword for Tai CHi. is it possible to do it or they will take it away?

I plan to carry in checked luggage sword for tai chi. Is there some additional fee for taking such sword with me?

Danilo, i's ok if you take it in your checked luggage. You won't be charged as long as your total luggage weight doesn't exceed its limit.
