Departed 8 times? Can anyone please explain this?

RI408043572CN. My parcel has arrived and departed from Guangzhou Air port 8 times since 2015-04-13. 2015-04-13 19:12:01 Depart from Guangzhou Air port
2015-04-17 01:40:21 Depart from Guangzhou Air port
2015-04-25 00:47:23 Depart from Guangzhou Air port
2015-04-28 22:34:41 Depart from Guangzhou Air port
2015-05-01 01:49:37 Depart from Guangzhou Air port
2015-05-03 00:11:52 Depart from Guangzhou Air port
2015-05-04 22:30:40 Depart from Guangzhou Air port

Cindy, it's possible that your parcel has been rechecked by the customs many times. That's why this status repeated 8 times. But I think everything is normal now. Your parcel was sent to you on May 7. You might be able to receive it before June 7.

Thank you Hank, but I'm not so sure. On 9 May it has status " Guangzhou Transit Station Customs Scan".... for the 12th time!

Usually, after " Transit Station Customs Scan", the parcel would be sent out to the destination by air. So I believe it has been on the way to your destination. Just wait for its arrival in 5-7 days. Good luck~

Hi Cindy, I'm from Cape Town and sure how this works. I ordered from AliExpress on 21 April for the first time. If you are an experienced buyer from China, what is the average waiting period and do they deliver to your door? I hope I don't have to smell when post office has the parcel. Thanks!

Hi friend, last year all my order from aliexpress comes around 30 to 40 days, but this years all my order takes more times almoust 50 to 60 days when you choose china post.
