About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am curently in China (Shanghai) under a X2 visa, single entry.

But in the end of my stay I would like to travel to HK and Thailand. My return flight to Madrid is from Shanghai - Paris Madrid, so could I come back to China just to get my luggage and the flight, under the 72h policy?

Itinerary:

Madrid (Brazilian with spanish residence) - Shanghai (march- july)
Shanghai - Thailand (5days)
Thailand - Hong Kong (5 days)
Hong Kong - Shanghai (1 day)
Shanghai - Paris - Madrid
