I want go to Guilin from Baiyun International airport.

How best convenience transport . Pls detail direct for me.

It is the most convenient to take a direct flight and it takes 70-80min. Or at Baiyun Airport, take subway line 3 to Jiahewanggang, and transfer to line 2 to the South Railway Station. There you can take a bullet train to Guilin within 3h.

The whole way takes around 70 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 9 per person. :-)

From North railway station of Guilin go to Guilin Jin Pu hotel , what is convenience trasport? How long go to there by taxi.
If I take by bus, what is bus stop I get off? How long bus stop to this hotel?

It is no more than 7km between, so taxi shall be a good choice. It takes around 15min to the hotel and the fare shall be around 18RMB. By bus, you can take bus no. 1 or 100 near the railway station and get off at Lequn Lukou bus stop. After getting off, walk south along Middle Zhongshan Road for 3-5min and turn left at the first large intersection and you can find your hotel. It takes 20-30min by bus.
