Is certificate from loan and savings bank allowed as financial proof?

Hi,
I have an account from a private loan and savings institution. My account in a commercial bank usually do not have any money because I usually transfer my money to this institution because the interest is bigger. I read somewhere that China does not honor the certificate if it is not from a commercial bank. Is this true? What is my other option if they do not honor the certificate from "bank"?

Thanks

Kay, as far as I know, the embassy does not explicity say the certificate from private bank is not accepted, but I think it is possible that they will put forward such requirement in real practice. So you should confirm with it for whether this certificate can be used. If they say it cannot be used, you can provide your income tax return form or salary slip instead.

Thanks Darcy! Appreciate it. Hopefully, they take everything into consideration. I was planning to provide all 3 (bank statement, tax return, salary slip).
