Or are they the same thing? We plan to take a taxi back to the bell/drum tower area after watching the show, as we reckon it would be quite late at night at the time. Do you think it's a good idea? Or is a bus would be a better choice? How much would the taxi cost approximately? Thanks.

No, they are different items. As I know, the water film will start at 20:30 and it will last for 23 mins.After the show finish, it will be 21:00 around. It will be not too late to go to the Bell Tower. You are suggested to take a taxi at cost you CNY25 around.
