Question about marriage/love and work.

I am a Virgo Rat (Sept. 5, 1984) and have found love with a Cancer Ox (Nov. 9, 1985). Is it a good time to get married and have a baby? I also started working in a new company, will I have career growth in this company? Thank you for your time.
