my tracking says it haves reached the exchange bureau. what does that mean?

Caroline, it means that your parcel is ready to be sent to you. The last status is usually "Depart from XXXX". When you see this status, it means that your parcel already leaves China.0

Thanks for your reply but that it haves reached the exchange bureau is in red. and it is stuck there it doesn't show any more since last month.1
