How does one acquire a foreign expect certificate?

After you enter China, your working unit should handle the application at the local Foreign Experts Affairs Administration within 15 days and submit the following materials to get this certificate:
1. an application form for Foreign Expert Certificate
2. a formal letter from your working unit
3. a copy of your work permit
4. the original and photocopy of your passport and Z type
5. a health certificate issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau
6. two bared-headed photos
8. the temporary accommodation registration form
