Direct flight is the best way and it only takes around 1.5h. Alternatively, you can take a bullet train from Guilin North Station to Shenzhen North. Then take Longhua metro line to Futian Checkpoint, where you can cross the border to Lak Mau Chau, HK. Ride local transportation or rent a car/van to your destination.
