I wanna go Harbin during 29 Jul. - 1 Aug. 2015

How about the weather?
And i wanna it there any interesting attraction during that time?

It will be sunny and a bit hot. The average temp is about 77 F.
You can go to the Sun Island Scenic area, Zhaolin Park, Siberian Tiger Park, St. Sofia Orthodox Church and Central Avenue.
