Is September a "hot month" to do Silk Rd? Which is better for sightseeing - Kashgar or Kanas ?

Well, september is the beginning of Autumn and it starts to turn cool. No worry.
Kashgar is a city with attractions like Abakh Khoja Tomb, Karakul Lake while Kanas is a famous nature reaserve. I personally prefer Kanas.0

We have confirmed to do Xian to Kashgar trip beginning 26/8 to 24/9/15 and hopefully we can do some part of the trip together
