best month to visit Taiwan? Plan to visit Hua Lian, end of August is advisable?

Hi, it is the best timing to visit during Nov. to next Mar. While, it is during the typhoon seaon in end of Aug, and dense rainfall take place then, which might spoil your trip. So it is sugegsted to change your travel date.
