do i need to get a visa here in philippines before going to macao?

I am hired in macau and my employer told me that I need to go to macau first to finish the registration for the working permit. Now I don't know what should I do? Thank you.

Hey, you don't need to get it in the Philippines. As you are Filipino national, you can stay in Macao for 30 days freely. During this period, you can set about doing your working permit. So I think you can follow your employer's advice.
