collection service for bulk china post packages

Question

I am going to manufacture and ship a small product 300g to various destination across Europe and USA.  My questions:1. Are AirMail shipments trackable?2. China Post offers collection service for bulk packages or I have to take them to a post office (in DongGuan, where?)

Andrew, airmail can be tracked in the tracking system. You can use the tracking tool on this website to track your parcel. I am afraid that you need go to local post office to send your parcels because you are not their VIP clients. However, if you send your parcel via EMS, you can make a call at 11183 and ask them to pick up your parcels. The cost is much higher than China Post but it's safer and faster.

Don't use china post for shipment, they are not responsible for the loss & it will not reach on time. they take more than 3 to 6 month.

Thanks Nick!. I am going to manufacture some small device (300g) and intend to ship it to 1000 or more crowdfunders as free shipping I often purchase items from Ebay that are shipped free (and slow) through China Post. In case the parcel get lost I can afford to resend a replacement. Any advice? Thanks in advance...  Regards  Andrew
