Visa for US born chinese child

Hello Everyone!

I have been a US-citizen for the last two years and my husband obtained his green card(still not a citizen) before the birth of our child. I am afraid my application will be rejected due to Chinese immigration laws put an extra burden on a getting a visa for an American born child with Chinese parents and my husband's asylum status. Is there anyone with similar circumstances who is willing to share their experiences and advice; or any advice at all?

Have a good day and Thank you!
-Jane

Hey, according to Chinese nationality laws, your child are born without Chinese nationality, so it's OK to apply for it. In addition to the regular application documents, you will be required to provide your passport, the original and photocopy of your husband's green card as well as the child's birth certificate.
