About:Ningbo Weather

We are moving to Ningbo.

I've heard some buildings are not heated. Is that true and if so, should I bring long underwear s so, should I bring long underwear for the winters?

Yes, you are right, some of the building has no heat system. But it will not be bitter cold, The average temp of the cold months is about 42 F. You could bring your long underwear for the winter.
