About:Zhangjiajie Transportation

I arrive in Zhangjiajie Hehua airport at 1945hrs.

Can I get a taxi from the airport to hotel in Wulingyuan? if so, what is the estimated travel time and fare?

Yes, you can take a taxi, and It may cost you CNY200 around. The estimated time is about 1 hour.
