My birthdate is Dec 8,1980 and my fiance's birthday is Nov 8, 1980. What is our lucky date for our wedding on Jan 2016? We have 3rd January 2016 booked since it was the only date available at the venue, is this ok?

I'm afraid not. The lunar calendar tells that wedding should be avoided on Jan. 3rd, 2016. If it is ok, I would suggest you change your wedding to Jan. 10, Jan. 12, Jan. 13 or Jan. 24, which are all nice dates. If you get married on any of the dates, your relationship will go really well in the future. Please think twice.
