voa shenzhen with single entry visa in passport for china business trip

Question

I have a single entry visa for a nusiness trip to beijing. If i visit shenzhen before i get to beijing can i get a VOA without jeopardising the beijing visa? Thanks

Hi, if you visit Shenzhen before Beijing, I think the immigration officer will probably not give you the VOA. However, after you enter Shenzhen, if you don't have to exit, you can go to Beijing for the business trip all the same.
