Hangzhou ForeignerCitizenCard

I am staying in Binjiang District and I have to get the Foreigner Citizen Card. Could you please guide me where I have to go and the way from Cai Hong Cheng.

The nearest service hall is the Binjiang branch, where you can get your citizen card. It is located at the Government Office of Binjiang District, No. 100 of Jiangnan Avenue. You can take a taxi from Caihongcheng to the destination at a cost of CNY25.
