1. the required documents are:A. filled application formB. 3 recent six months passport photos in white backgroundC. original passport and its copy versionD. valid resident permit in Canada E. letter of application2. it costs 35 Canadian dollars.3. I am afraid that the application form is written in Chinese. The official website of Chinese embassy and consulates in CA don't provide English versions.4. This isn't clear. It's possible that they might do some background checks to ensure that they don't make mistakes in issuing the passports. You know, China doesn't acknowledge dual-citizenship.
