From Xiaobei to the two destinations, you can both take public bus no.280, and get to South Yuncheng Station.
Then walk south along Airport Road around 140 yards. You will see Yifa Plaza. The distance between these two plazas is close. From Yifa Plaza to Xingfa Plaza, just walk northeast along East Yuncheng Road around 330 yards.0
