Need suggestions also, what's the best time go go Temple Street Night Market, Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, Ladies Market?
And where in the city can we find good places to shop with good price and choices?

1.Well, if you arrive at before the midnight, you can take bus no.A21 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), and get to Bank Centre, Nathan Road. It takes around 50 mins. And the ticket fare is 33 HKD per person. Then walk north along Nathan Road, you will find the Mong Kok easily.
If you arrive after the midnight, upon landing, you can take bus no.N21 at Passenger Terminal Building, Cheong Tat Road, and get off at Bank Centre, Nathan Road. It takes 75 mins. The ticket fare is 23 HKD per person.

2. Generally speaking, you are suggested to shop during the weekdays because there are always lots of people in the weekend.

3. Harbour City, Ladies' Street and SOGO (Causeway Bay Branch) are good places for shopping. Most products have good quality and reasonable price. Hope you like. :-)
