The best way to reach railway station in Sanjiang from the bus station

I'd be very grateful for an information about the best connection (e.g which bus and from where) between SJ bus station (we'll arriving from Longsheng) and the train station (we're heading to Guiyang). Till now I've just manage to find info that the station is out of the city...
