I suggest you take a taxi to Taoyuan Railway Station first. Walk to the nearby Long-distance Bus Station to take a bus to Daxi. Buses for this trip operate from 05:50 to 22:30 every 10-20min. After arriving at Daxi, you can easily tranfer to a direct bus to Xiao Wu Lai in the same station. Your dropping-off site is just within walking distance to Xiaowulai Homestay.
