About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I am an indian guy and i have temporary residence permit now.

Hi , i was studying in china before and this year i stoped to study so my school cancelled my visa and gave me a temporary residence permit but they told me they will provide me a stay at least for 3 months but in the local immigration office they gave me residence permit only for 20 days so i wanna ask you can i extend it for a short time ?

Hi dude, I'm afraid the temporary residence permit cannot be extended.

so you mean i will have to back to india ? or i can go to HK for applying new entry permit?

It is required that if you apply from HK, you should have HK residence status. SO I think you have to go back to India.

Hey men , Try to leave China before your 20 days. These guys can really be strict if u stay longer. Start packing your bags.
