Will I progress for the better? 20/4/93.

I had recently gotten a job that is known to be challenging and stressful since I had graduated from sch (before this I had several part time jobs when I was still studying). But I thought it will be a good experience and exposure for me to take it up and challenge myself. Will this be the start of my business and career? How will I progress?
