How about march as a month to visit? How rainy would it be, and would it be relatively cold?

There are many rainy days in this month. And the temperature is 61F to 72 F. It's cool but not cold. Light jackets, T-shirts and jeans are enough for you to take.
It's suggested to visit in the middle of March. This period usually has more cloudy days. And the temperature is good for sightseeing.
