Dogs on bullet rail?

Does the bullrt train have a freight compartment for my dog in August? Travelling from Jinan to Shangqiu.

It says above that some trains have a luggage compartment for dogs (in a carrier) why do you say it is not allowed?

In fact is would be very hard to find one accept the transfer for dogs, and the most important, this rail travel would not be a happy time for your pet.
