Yes, high-speed trains arrive at the North Railway Station from Beijing, zhengzhou, Luoyang, Pingyao and Taiyaun, etc. What do you mean by nearest city? As far as I know, the nearest large city with international flights is Zhengzhou. From Zhengzhou, it takes around 2 to 3 hours on the way.
