About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I am a tourist (non-american citizen) in NY, is it possible to apply and get Chinese VISA in US?

Alan, you must have valid entry permit for USA, right? If so, I think you can apply from Chinese consulate in New York. May I know what type you are going to apply?
