About:Guilin Liangjiang Airport

Do taxis in Guilin open the meter with no problem?

I've traveled in china a few times and they sometimes refuse to open the meter and prefer flat rate!

Yes, in the past, almost cabs in the city don't charge by the meter. However, in recent three months, the communication system/department emphasized changing and punishing this phenomenon. Now one can easily get a taxi which charges by the meter.
