Roy, you should let your marriage notarized by local notary office and then certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Eventually you can go to Chinese consulate that has jurisdiction over your area to have it attested. You should bring these documents:
1. finished notarization/attestion form
2. original and copies of her passport
3. original and a copy of your marriage certificate.

It usually takes around 4 working days and costs 800 Rupees.
