which section of the wall is easiest to get from shangri-la beijing hotel?

Hello. This is my first trip to the area. I am staying at the Shangri-La Beijing hotel. What would be the best/easiest way for me to get to there(and which section)? I am here for work and only have one day to make this visit.Thank you.Linh

Linh, Badaling is the nearest section. You can cross the road in front of your hotel to find Beiwa Road (北洼路). On this road, you can find a bus station called Beiwalubeikou (北洼路北口). There you can take no.87 bus to reach Xizhimen. Then you can walk around 300 meters to reach Beijing North. There you can take S2 train to reach the section. In return, you can take the reverse route.
