Hi I am from Nepal wants to go to Harbin on May and how about the condition on these days?

Do you refer to the weather condition? If so, according to the previous weather records, it will be cool and windy at that time, and the average temp is about 59 F. You need to wear long-sleeved shirts and thin overcoat.
