About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

change time

i just bought ticket from ningbo to shanghai but not online, i have already receive it. can i change the time of departure to earlier time?

Yes, you can ask the railway staff to change it to the earlier one for free once as long as the seats are still available.
