what are the best night clubs or bars in Dalian?

I like to people watch , see what the city is like thru the nightlife.

The most popular bars are Matsa Club(No. 20 of Gangwan Street), Mango Club (No.17 of Yan’an Road, Zhongshan District) and King Club (Railway Cultural Park, Sanba Square).
