Asking for the Visa F application date

To whom may I concern

If I am a student with a Vietnamese passport and B permit who is currently studying in a University in Montreux. I want to apply for a F type (business trip) to volunteer in Zhejiang through a project from AIESEC China starting from 10th of June to 22th of July and have prepared every documents needed already

After checking with the time frame for application, you mentioned that I can only apply one month before the departure date which is estimated around 8th of May.

Nevertheless, Would it be possible for me to apply on 27th of April? Because I have to apply for an internship entry permit for my school to Portugal the following week also which can take around 3-4 week for the whole process.
