I would like travel to Kunming, Panjin n Tibet.

My name Trisny Andrianty from Indonesia. Ive visited 21 cities in China in 3 times vacations. But still not enough...I plan 2 c flower bloom at KM n red beach at Panjin n continue to Tibet. When d best time to visit ? End of March till middle of April or other time ? I hope still can c snow in Tibet if its possible....

Which the nearest city fly to KM ? I used to travel from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur...then to Chengdu or Guilin its better ? Thanx U very much.
