There is no direct bus from Chengdu to Huanglong. In Chadianzi Bus Station, there is a bus leaving at 09:30 to Chuanzhu Temple. The bus fare is CNY115. Then from Chuanzhu Temple, you can take a through bus to Huanglong. Or you just hire a car, which may cost you CNY150.
