About:Foreign Consulates in Hong Kong

yesterday i was refused to enter Hong Kong through the airport, can i try again?

Am a business person from Uganda, yesterday I tried to enter at the airport but upon arrival, one immigration official denied me entry and forced me to sign papers without reading through even when I plead with him to allow me read what I was to sign severally on every document they brought before me. After that I was given a REFUSAL NOTICE reading that I was refused entry but still the notice didn't explain why I was refused entry. I was then put back on the next aircraft and returned to my country. And so here I ask,can i try to go back to the same country and be allowed in or did this mean deportation that I will never be allowed to go back to HK in particular? Second, can I obtain an entry permt from the Chinese consulate in Uganda and be assured of entry to HK? Thank you

It's strange. People from Uganda enjoy 30 days free stay in HK. Is your passport is still valid? Did you have any bad records before?

To play it safe, you can try to apply for an entry permit from Chinese embassy. If you apply successfully, I think you can enter without a problem. If your application was turned down, then I am afraid that you might be included on their black lists.
