Stallone, it's true that you need to have your diploma authenticated by Chinese embassy in your country. The normal procedure is:
Step 1 get your diploma notarized by local notary office
Step 2 get your diploma authenticated by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country
Step 3 get your dilpoma authenticated by consular office
