what is the weather like in aprilnovember in taiwan?

We want to visit in either April or November in 2016 but we want to experience the better weather. What is the temperature and the rainfall levels forr both months please? Karen West

There is tiny difference of the temperature. Both in Apr. and Nov. it would be around 71.6F. Comparatively, Nov. will have less rainy day than Apr. and have more cloudy or sunny days. So, it is suggested to go in Nov.
